Wear it to every holiday party and then straight through spring. The Alice dress is inspired by the bold and rigorous abstract works of Alice Trumbull Mason. There’s nothing better than a classic block printed stripe, featured here on what our customers have concluded is the perfect, flattering silhouette. It’s all in the details with this beautiful handmade piece, down to the gathered sleeves and contrasting collar stripe.

Sizing: the Alice Dress is designed as a relaxed, loose fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
XS fits most 0-2 comfortably.
S fits most 4-6 comfortably.
M fits most 8-10 comfortably.
L fits most 12-14 comfortably.
XL fits most 16-18 comfortably.
2X fits most 18-22 comfortably.
Process
To make our block printed fabric, each design is traced onto a wooden slab, which then is carved by hammer and chisel into a printing block. The block is then printed meticulously by hand using soft, AZO-free, non toxic pigment.
Variation in printing & color are hallmarks of hand block printing and dyeing in small batches.
